REQUIREMENTS:
MBS is looking for young graduates in Economics, Engineering or Science, as well as people with work experience in a company.
Consultancy is made by open minded people but also smart, reliable, curious, funny and willing to travel. We are looking for colleagues enjoyable to work and discuss with. People who love intellectual challenges for the client and not internal competition.
The requirements we are looking for are analytical and strong communication skill, organizational autonomy, excellent knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of English.

How does the selection process work?
The quality of the people we bring to the Client is the most important key to success. This leads us to select our new colleagues with extreme care and attention. We implement the logic of cooptation: the final offer is presented only to those candidates we believe have the professional potential to represent MBS at the client’s site and possess the human qualities to be good team players.
The first step is sending the resume, that we evaluate carefully. The selection process may vary depending on the job position currently open.
MBS believes it’s important to evaluate the aptitude profile of the potential colleague; therefore motivational interviews and tests are required in addition to technical cases. The candidate who receives a positive feedback from all interviewers will then meet with MBS’s managing Partners. As a last step, the candidate will receive an offer summarizing the training programme, the career path and the proposed salary.
What are the chances of a work experience abroad?
Since 2012 MBS is part of a European network of consultancy firms: The Transformation Alliance.
Kea & Partners (French), H&Z (German) and Preera (Swedish) are the European Partners that, together with MBS, form this alliance.
The network’s objective is to work together on common projects; there are many cases in which two or more TTA’s Sister Firms have joined forces to work with the Client, in synergy, creating an added value thanks to exchange of cultures and competencies. Acquiring international experience becomes then possible, even though a permanent transfer abroad is generally not expected.

JOIN OUR YOUNG SIDE
Candidates will be entering the internship period as “Junior Consultants”. The position provides a direct involvement on specific client-projects alongside the MBS Consulting team.
In case of a positive evaluation, the internship will be formalized in a permanent working relationship.
